The Restoration Process
The magnificent restoration of Dinton Castle was undertaken by the Spanish architect Jaime (Jimmy) Fernández, who purchased the property in 2016 and lived there with his wife and family for the ensuing 5 years. More info on Jimmy, and how to contact him, can be found here
